La promoci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s, dispone de piscina comunitaria y zona sol\u00e1rium. Las obras ya est\u00e1n finalizadas y la promoci\u00f3n se encuentra actualmente en fase de la legalizaci\u00f3n previa a la entrega de llaves.<\/p>\n<p><strong>60 familias con mucha ilusi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Finestrelles Torre I es una promoci\u00f3n de Viviendas de Protecci\u00f3n Oficial (VPO) en r\u00e9gimen general, promovida mediante cooperativa. Desde que las 60 familias adjudicatarias resultaron agraciadas en el sorteo p\u00fablico organizado por el Ayuntamiento de Esplugues de Llobregat, el proyecto ha existido, sobre todo, en planos, renders y visitas de la obra desde el exterior.<\/p>\n<p>La jornada de hoy ha marcado un antes y un despu\u00e9s: por primera vez, cada familia ha podido entrar en su vivienda, recorrer las estancias, salir a la terraza y empezar imaginar c\u00f3mo ser\u00e1 su futuro hogar, decidiendo d\u00f3nde ir\u00e1 el sof\u00e1 o la habitaci\u00f3n de los ni\u00f1os, por ejemplo.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cHay un momento, en cada promoci\u00f3n, que es \u00fanico e irrepetible: el d\u00eda en que una familia entra por primera vez en lo que va a ser su hogar, empieza a planificar de verdad una nueva vida y hacer realidad un sue\u00f1o que llevan tiempo esperando. Eso es lo que hemos vivido hoy en Finestrelles Torre I. M\u00e1s de dos d\u00e9cadas gestionando comunidades de bienes y cooperativas nos han ense\u00f1ado que el verdadero sentido de nuestro trabajo no es entregar un edificio, sino acompa\u00f1ar a las personas hasta que las viviendas de\u00a0 ese edificio se convierten en su hogar.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Rafael Angulo Cordero <\/strong><strong>\u00b7 Fundador y Presidente de Metropolitan House<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Modelo cooperativo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Finestrelles Torre I se ha desarrollado en r\u00e9gimen de <strong>Cooperativa de Viviendas<\/strong>, un modelo en el que los propios adjudicatarios son socios autopromotores del proyecto.<\/p>\n<p>Durante todo el desarrollo, Metropolitan House ha asumido la gesti\u00f3n integral de la promoci\u00f3n, asesorando y acompa\u00f1ando a la Cooperativa en todas las etapas del proceso.\u00a0Las familias han podido seguir la evoluci\u00f3n del proyecto a trav\u00e9s de una App exclusiva, desde la que han tenido acceso tanto a la documentaci\u00f3n personal de su vivienda como a informaci\u00f3n actualizada sobre el avance de las obras, con explicaciones t\u00e9cnicas, fotograf\u00edas y seguimiento mensual de los principales hitos constructivos (desde la excavaci\u00f3n y cimentaci\u00f3n, la estructura, la edificaci\u00f3n y la actual fase de legalizaci\u00f3n).<\/p>\n<p>La jornada celebrada hoy supone un nuevo hito en este acompa\u00f1amiento. Por primera vez, las 60 familias han podido dejar atr\u00e1s los planos y las infograf\u00edas para recorrer la vivienda que pronto se convertir\u00e1 en su hogar.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cCuando una promoci\u00f3n se construye en cooperativa, las familias no son solo clientes que esperan una entrega, son parte del proyecto.
