




{"id":15834,"date":"2026-06-25T16:47:46","date_gmt":"2026-06-25T14:47:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.habitatinsulae.es\/?p=15834"},"modified":"2026-06-29T16:50:03","modified_gmt":"2026-06-29T14:50:03","slug":"vivienda-asequible-126-vpp-en-valencia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.habitatinsulae.es\/ca\/vivienda-asequible-126-vpp-en-valencia\/","title":{"rendered":"Vivienda asequible: 126 VPP en Valencia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Generalitat Valenciana ha licitado la construcci\u00f3n de 126 viviendas de protecci\u00f3n p\u00fablica destinadas a <strong>vivienda<\/strong> en r\u00e9gimen de alquiler asequible en Alicante y Torrent, dentro del Plan VIVE Comunitat Valenciana.<\/p>\n<p>La actuaci\u00f3n, impulsada a trav\u00e9s de la Entidad Valenciana de Vivienda y Suelo, EVHA, contempla 69 inmuebles en el barrio alicantino de Benisaudet y 57 en el sector Benisaet de Torrent, Valencia.<\/p>\n<p>Ambas promociones forman parte del Plan de Recuperaci\u00f3n, Transformaci\u00f3n y Resiliencia, financiado por la Uni\u00f3n Europea mediante los fondos Next Generation, un <a href=\"https:\/\/commission.europa.eu\/strategy-and-policy\/recovery-plan-europe_es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fondo europeo<\/a> orientado a la recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, la sostenibilidad y la transformaci\u00f3n social.<\/p>\n<h2>Vivienda protegida y fondo europeo en el Plan VIVE<\/h2>\n<p>La vicepresidenta primera y consellera de Vivienda, Empleo, Juventud e Igualdad, Susana Camarero, ha se\u00f1alado que estas licitaciones responden a la necesidad de crear <strong>vivienda protegida<\/strong> ante el aumento de la demanda residencial y la preocupaci\u00f3n ciudadana por el acceso a una casa.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la Generalitat, el plazo de presentaci\u00f3n de ofertas para ambos proyectos finaliza el 27 de julio. La documentaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 disponible en el Diario Oficial de la Uni\u00f3n Europea y en la Plataforma de Contrataci\u00f3n del Estado.<\/p>\n<p>Camarero ha defendido que el Consell impulsa un cambio de paradigma en la vivienda p\u00fablica mediante promociones con intervenciones urbanas innovadoras, eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y bajo impacto ambiental.<\/p>\n<p>Este enfoque conecta con modelos de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.habitatinsulae.es\/ca\/impacto-social\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">inversi\u00f3n social<\/a> que buscan ampliar el parque residencial asequible, reducir costes de consumo para los inquilinos y generar entornos urbanos m\u00e1s sostenibles.<\/p>\n<h2>Vivienda asequible en Alicante: 69 inmuebles<\/h2>\n<p>La promoci\u00f3n prevista en Alicante cuenta con un presupuesto de licitaci\u00f3n de 12.428.428 euros y un plazo estimado de construcci\u00f3n de 24 meses. El edificio se levantar\u00e1 en una parcela propiedad de la EVHA situada en la confluencia de las calles Vicente Aleixandre y San Pedro Poveda.<\/p>\n<p>El complejo residencial incluir\u00e1 69 viviendas, espacios comunitarios para el vecindario y un s\u00f3tano con capacidad para 77 plazas de aparcamiento.<\/p>\n<p>La Conselleria ha priorizado en el dise\u00f1o criterios de accesibilidad, adaptaci\u00f3n a personas con diversidad funcional, respuesta a las nuevas necesidades surgidas tras la pandemia y sostenibilidad social y econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n<p>La iniciativa se enmarca en una estrategia p\u00fablica que tambi\u00e9n puede facilitar el acceso residencial de los <strong>j\u00f3venes<\/strong>, un colectivo especialmente afectado por la dificultad de encontrar <strong>alquiler asequible<\/strong> en \u00e1reas urbanas tensionadas.<\/p>\n<h2>Vivienda p\u00fablica en Torrent: 57 hogares protegidos<\/h2>\n<p>En Torrent, la licitaci\u00f3n asciende a 12.193.940 euros. El nuevo edificio se construir\u00e1 en una parcela de la EVHA ubicada en la calle Artesans, 15, en Benisaet, con 1.260 metros cuadrados de superficie de suelo y 5.470 metros cuadrados construidos.<\/p>\n<p>El inmueble se organizar\u00e1 en dos plantas s\u00f3tano, planta baja y cinco alturas, alrededor de un gran espacio central con tres n\u00facleos verticales. La promoci\u00f3n ofrecer\u00e1 57 viviendas de uno, dos y tres dormitorios, con superficies \u00fatiles de entre 53 y 71,5 metros cuadrados.<\/p>\n<p>Tres de las viviendas estar\u00e1n reservadas para personas con discapacidad. Adem\u00e1s, la distribuci\u00f3n interior se basar\u00e1 en un sistema modular y flexible, pensado para adaptar las estancias a las necesidades cambiantes de los residentes.<\/p>\n<p>Los s\u00f3tanos incorporar\u00e1n 57 plazas para coches, 18 para motocicletas y 58 para bicicletas, reforzando la apuesta por la movilidad alternativa y los edificios sostenibles.<\/p>\n<p>La Generalitat tambi\u00e9n desarrolla en Torrent otras 28 viviendas protegidas para alquiler asequible mediante construcci\u00f3n industrializada en la calle Maestro Sosa, 26. Esta actuaci\u00f3n forma parte del Plan Vive Dana y busca dar respuesta a las necesidades residenciales en zonas afectadas por las riadas.<\/p>\n<p>Las licitaciones de Alicante y Torrent forman parte de la estrategia global del Plan VIVE, cuyo objetivo es construir 10.000 nuevos inmuebles durante la legislatura y ampliar de forma significativa la oferta de vivienda protegida en la Comunitat Valenciana.<\/p>\n<p>Estas medidas se alinean con proyectos de acceso residencial para nuevas generaciones, como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.habitatinsulae.es\/ca\/vivienda-joven\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vivienda joven<\/a>, y con iniciativas de innovaci\u00f3n urbana e impacto como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.habitatinsulae.es\/ca\/genivs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GENIVS INSULAE<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fuente:<\/strong> Europa Press<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Generalitat Valenciana licita 126 viviendas protegidas para alquiler asequible en Alicante y Torrent.
