Tambi\u00e9n se ha validado el valor de tasaci\u00f3n de los terrenos, pertenecientes al Instituto de Vivienda, Infraestructura y Equipamiento de la Defensa, Invied, que asciende a 5.535.718,91 euros, sin impuestos incluidos.<\/p>\n<p>Las condiciones de enajenaci\u00f3n de los suelos tambi\u00e9n han recibido luz verde. En total, la actuaci\u00f3n afecta a tres parcelas calificadas como suelo urbano, con una superficie conjunta de 13.590,94 metros cuadrados.<\/p>\n<h2>Vivienda asequible en suelo urbano de Alcoi<\/h2>\n<p>Los terrenos proceden del Proyecto de Reparcelaci\u00f3n de la Colonia de Aviaci\u00f3n de Alcoi, aprobado definitivamente e inscrito en el Registro de la Propiedad en junio de 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el Ministerio de Vivienda y Agenda Urbana, esta adquisici\u00f3n permite transformar espacios que anteriormente ten\u00edan otros usos en suelos destinados a proyectos residenciales sostenibles, dignos y asequibles para la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Las 170 viviendas previstas en la localidad alicantina estar\u00e1n integradas en el parque estatal de <strong>vivienda asequible<\/strong>, con el compromiso de mantener esa condici\u00f3n de forma permanente.<\/p>\n<h2>Vivienda p\u00fablica y alquiler asequible para j\u00f3venes<\/h2>\n<p>Casa 47 gestionar\u00e1 estas viviendas dentro de un modelo que abarca todo el ciclo residencial: disposici\u00f3n del suelo, urbanizaci\u00f3n, edificaci\u00f3n, entrega de llaves y gesti\u00f3n posterior de los inmuebles.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo declarado es facilitar el acceso a una vivienda digna a distintos perfiles de poblaci\u00f3n, con especial impacto en hogares con dificultades econ\u00f3micas, familias y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.habitatinsulae.es\/ca\/vivienda-joven\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">j\u00f3venes<\/a> que buscan alternativas al mercado libre.<\/p>\n<p>La actuaci\u00f3n se alinea con las pol\u00edticas de <strong>alquiler asequible<\/strong>, vivienda protegida e inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica orientadas a reforzar la oferta residencial estable en zonas urbanas consolidadas.<\/p>\n<h2>Vivienda, inversi\u00f3n social y regeneraci\u00f3n urbana<\/h2>\n<p>El proyecto de Alcoi forma parte de una estrategia m\u00e1s amplia para movilizar suelo p\u00fablico y convertirlo en vivienda asequible permanente. Este enfoque conecta con iniciativas de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.habitatinsulae.es\/ca\/impacto-social\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">inversi\u00f3n social<\/a>, regeneraci\u00f3n urbana y colaboraci\u00f3n institucional.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque la operaci\u00f3n comunicada no detalla financiaci\u00f3n mediante <strong>fondo europeo<\/strong>, s\u00ed se enmarca en el debate sobre nuevos
