




{"id":15658,"date":"2026-05-11T10:51:35","date_gmt":"2026-05-11T08:51:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.habitatinsulae.es\/?p=15658"},"modified":"2026-05-11T21:20:25","modified_gmt":"2026-05-11T19:20:25","slug":"vivienda-abre-ayudas-a-construccion-industrializada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.habitatinsulae.es\/ca\/vivienda-abre-ayudas-a-construccion-industrializada\/","title":{"rendered":"Vivienda abre ayudas a construcci\u00f3n industrializada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Ministerio de Vivienda y Agenda Urbana ha abierto el tr\u00e1mite de consulta p\u00fablica previa para definir las bases de nuevas subvenciones destinadas a impulsar la industrializaci\u00f3n de la vivienda en Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>La iniciativa se enmarca en el PERTE de Industrializaci\u00f3n de la Vivienda y busca modernizar el sector de la construcci\u00f3n mediante ayudas p\u00fablicas concedidas en r\u00e9gimen de concurrencia competitiva.<\/p>\n<p>El nuevo marco regulador servir\u00e1 para dise\u00f1ar futuras convocatorias dirigidas a proyectos con capacidad real de transformaci\u00f3n. El objetivo es acelerar los procesos edificatorios, mejorar la eficiencia y promover soluciones constructivas m\u00e1s sostenibles e innovadoras.<\/p>\n<h2>Vivienda industrializada para ampliar la oferta asequible<\/h2>\n<p>La futura orden ministerial pretende incrementar la oferta de vivienda asequible y reducir los tiempos de construcci\u00f3n mediante tecnolog\u00edas industrializadas, sistemas modulares y nuevos modelos de producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el planteamiento del Gobierno, la industrializaci\u00f3n puede contribuir a construir m\u00e1s viviendas en menos tiempo, con mejores est\u00e1ndares de calidad, eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y seguridad laboral.<\/p>\n<p>Este enfoque conecta con la necesidad de reforzar el parque p\u00fablico y facilitar el acceso al alquiler asequible, especialmente en un contexto de fuerte presi\u00f3n sobre los precios residenciales.<\/p>\n<h2>PERTE de vivienda, fondo europeo e innovaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica<\/h2>\n<p>El PERTE de Industrializaci\u00f3n de la Vivienda forma parte de una estrategia orientada a transformar la construcci\u00f3n residencial en Espa\u00f1a.
