Parte de las ventas se cerr\u00f3 con los propios inquilinos y otra parte con empresas privadas y administraciones p\u00fablicas, en una salida ordenada del mercado de la vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>El caso m\u00e1s relevante se concentra en Catalu\u00f1a, donde la Generalitat acord\u00f3 la compra de m\u00e1s de 1.200 viviendas sociales para incorporarlas al parque p\u00fablico auton\u00f3mico. La operaci\u00f3n refuerza el peso de la residencia protegida dentro de la gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica y mantiene una parte de esos activos dentro del circuito social.<\/p>\n<h2>Operaciones clave y cartera residencial<\/h2>\n<p>Otra parte de la desinversi\u00f3n se articul\u00f3 mediante la entrada de Criteria en Inmobiliaria Colonial con una participaci\u00f3n del 17%. A trav\u00e9s de esa operaci\u00f3n salieron del per\u00edmetro de InmoCaixa 640 viviendas distribuidas entre Madrid, Boadilla del Monte, M\u00e1laga y Zaragoza, activos que la <em>socimi<\/em> ha ido vendiendo de forma progresiva.<\/p>\n<h2>M\u00e1s oficinas y menos vivienda en alquiler<\/h2>\n<p>El giro responde a una l\u00f3gica de rentabilidad: Criteria busca elevar los dividendos que financian su obra social y ha situado las oficinas en el centro de su estrategia inmobiliaria. Frente al menor retorno del alquiler residencial, la entidad ha reforzado su apuesta por edificios de oficinas y por su posici\u00f3n en Colonial.<\/p>\n<p>El movimiento de InmoCaixa coincide con una tendencia m\u00e1s amplia del mercado, en la que grandes fondos y propietarios est\u00e1n reduciendo exposici\u00f3n a la vivienda en alquiler.
