La socimi espa\u00f1ola tuTech\u00f4 ha anunciado una ampliaci\u00f3n de capital de 10 millones de euros para reforzar su crecimiento en el \u00e1mbito de la vivienda<\/strong> social y ampliar su red de alquiler asequible en Espa\u00f1a. La operaci\u00f3n se enmarca en la L\u00ednea FIS de Vivienda de Impacto Social y permitir\u00e1 consolidar un modelo orientado a facilitar acceso habitacional a personas en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad.<\/p>\n

La compa\u00f1\u00eda, especializada en activos residenciales con impacto, destinar\u00e1 estos recursos a aumentar su parque de viviendas de alquiler social para ONG que acompa\u00f1an a colectivos en riesgo de exclusi\u00f3n. El objetivo es avanzar en soluciones habitacionales que ayuden a responder al reto del sinhogarismo y fortalezcan una red estatal de atenci\u00f3n social desde la colaboraci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada.<\/p>\n

M\u00e1s vivienda social y alquiler asequible para entidades sociales<\/h2>\n

La ampliaci\u00f3n contar\u00e1 con la participaci\u00f3n de Cofides<\/a>, que aportar\u00e1 la mitad del importe junto a otros inversores. Gracias a esta financiaci\u00f3n, tuTech\u00f4 prev\u00e9 incorporar cerca de 100 nuevas viviendas a su modelo de gesti\u00f3n, lo que se traducir\u00e1 en un impacto directo sobre unas 400 personas.<\/p>\n

Esta expansi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n permitir\u00e1 que nuevas organizaciones se sumen al ecosistema de la socimi, en el que ya colaboran m\u00e1s de 85 entidades sociales. Con ello, la empresa busca escalar una estructura de inversi\u00f3n social<\/a> centrada en crear soluciones habitacionales estables, dignas y sostenibles.<\/p>\n

La vivienda protegida gana peso en la inversi\u00f3n de impacto<\/h2>\n

Desde el Ministerio de Inclusi\u00f3n se ha subrayado que la colaboraci\u00f3n entre el sector p\u00fablico y el privado es clave para impulsar el parque de vivienda protegida<\/strong>, social y asequible. La secretaria general del departamento, Elena Rodr\u00edguez, defendi\u00f3 esta l\u00ednea de actuaci\u00f3n como una prioridad dentro de la estrategia del Gobierno de Espa\u00f1a para ampliar el acceso a una vivienda digna.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, la presidenta y fundadora de tuTech\u00f4, Blanca Hern\u00e1ndez, remarc\u00f3 que los grandes desaf\u00edos sociales exigen alianzas amplias entre instituciones, empresas e inversores. En esa l\u00ednea, la firma se posiciona como una de las iniciativas m\u00e1s visibles dentro del segmento de la vivienda de impacto<\/a> en el mercado espa\u00f1ol.<\/p>\n

Un modelo de residencia para j\u00f3venes y colectivos vulnerables<\/h2>\n

Con esta nueva operaci\u00f3n, el Fondo de Impacto Social ya ha destinado cerca de 16 millones de euros a trav\u00e9s de cuatro iniciativas vinculadas a la vivienda<\/strong>. El foco est\u00e1 puesto en combatir el sinhogarismo, ampliar el alquiler asequible y favorecer alternativas residenciales que tambi\u00e9n pueden beneficiar a j\u00f3venes<\/a> y hogares con dificultades de acceso al mercado.<\/p>\n

El movimiento de tuTech\u00f4 refuerza la tendencia hacia f\u00f3rmulas de financiaci\u00f3n con retorno social, en las que conceptos como fondo europeo, inversi\u00f3n social y alquiler asequible ganan protagonismo en el debate sobre el futuro del mercado residencial. La ampliaci\u00f3n de su parque de viviendas confirma, adem\u00e1s, el creciente inter\u00e9s por modelos capaces de combinar rentabilidad, estabilidad e impacto real sobre el territorio.<\/p>\n
