Una cita de referencia para la edificaci\u00f3n y la construcci\u00f3n que prev\u00e9 reunir a m\u00e1s de 500 congresistas. El apoyo institucional llega en un contexto en el que la <strong>vivienda<\/strong>, la rehabilitaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo urbano se sit\u00faan entre las prioridades estrat\u00e9gicas del municipio.<\/p>\n<p>La alcaldesa,<strong> Gema Igual<\/strong>, traslad\u00f3 este apoyo al presidente del Colegio, <strong>Jos\u00e9 Manuel Gonz\u00e1lez Rubio<\/strong>, y a miembros de su junta de gobierno durante una reuni\u00f3n en la que tambi\u00e9n puso en valor la aportaci\u00f3n de los arquitectos t\u00e9cnicos al crecimiento de Santander. Adem\u00e1s, ofreci\u00f3 el Palacio de La Magdalena como posible escenario para celebrar este encuentro cient\u00edfico-t\u00e9cnico, considerado uno de los m\u00e1s relevantes del \u00e1mbito de la construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2>La vivienda y la construcci\u00f3n, ejes del desarrollo urbano<\/h2>\n<p>Durante el encuentro, la regidora defendi\u00f3 que la actividad vinculada a la edificaci\u00f3n es esencial para el progreso econ\u00f3mico y social de Santander y Cantabria. En ese marco, subray\u00f3 el papel del Ayuntamiento como impulsor de proyectos a trav\u00e9s de la iniciativa p\u00fablica, la colaboraci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada y la cooperaci\u00f3n con otras administraciones.<\/p>\n<p>Igual cit\u00f3 actuaciones desarrolladas junto a otras instituciones, como la futura sede del Reina Sof\u00eda o el MUPAC, as\u00ed como iniciativas privadas de impacto urbano, entre ellas Faro Santander. Tambi\u00e9n remarc\u00f3 las intervenciones que promueve el propio Consistorio en materias como la rehabilitaci\u00f3n y la <strong>vivienda protegida<\/strong>, dos frentes que considera prioritarios para responder a la demanda residencial y mejorar la calidad de vida de los vecinos.<\/p>\n<p>En este contexto, el desarrollo de una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.habitatinsulae.es\/ca\/genivs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">estrategia de innovaci\u00f3n urbana y social<\/a> conecta con modelos de transformaci\u00f3n vinculados a la sostenibilidad, la regeneraci\u00f3n del entorno y la atracci\u00f3n de <strong>inversi\u00f3n social<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n refuerza el inter\u00e9s por soluciones habitacionales estables para <strong>j\u00f3venes<\/strong> y familias con dificultades de acceso al mercado residencial.<\/p>\n<h2>Vivienda protegida y alquiler asequible para transformar barrios<\/h2>\n<p>La alcaldesa puso como ejemplo algunas actuaciones ya en marcha o proyectadas por el Ayuntamiento, entre ellas la regeneraci\u00f3n de barrios como El Cabildo de Arriba y la creaci\u00f3n de nuevas \u00e1reas urbanas. Entre los proyectos m\u00e1s destacados figura la promoci\u00f3n de 281 viviendas protegidas en el sector 1 de El Alisal, una iniciativa que busca ampliar la oferta de <strong>vivienda<\/strong> a precios m\u00e1s accesibles.<\/p>\n<p>La responsable municipal defendi\u00f3 que este tipo de actuaciones no solo generan riqueza y empleo, sino que tambi\u00e9n ofrecen respuestas a una de las principales preocupaciones ciudadanas: el acceso a una <strong>vivienda asequible<\/strong>. En esa l\u00ednea, la administraci\u00f3n local sit\u00faa el impulso residencial como una herramienta para reforzar la cohesi\u00f3n social y favorecer un crecimiento urbano equilibrado.<\/p>\n<p>El enfoque conecta con tendencias europeas centradas en el refuerzo del parque residencial, el <strong>alquiler asequible<\/strong> y la canalizaci\u00f3n de recursos de <strong>fondo europeo<\/strong> hacia proyectos con impacto territorial. Iniciativas ligadas a modelos como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.habitatinsulae.es\/ca\/impacto-social\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">la inversi\u00f3n social aplicada a la vivienda<\/a> o propuestas de acceso residencial para <a href=\"https:\/\/www.habitatinsulae.es\/ca\/vivienda-joven\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vivienda joven<\/a> ganan protagonismo en el debate urbano actual.<\/p>\n<h2>CONTART 2028 reforzar\u00eda el papel de Santander en la vivienda y la edificaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>La posible celebraci\u00f3n de CONTART 2028 en Santander supondr\u00eda un impulso para la proyecci\u00f3n nacional de la ciudad dentro del \u00e1mbito t\u00e9cnico de la construcci\u00f3n. El congreso reunir\u00eda a profesionales, expertos y representantes institucionales en torno a los principales retos del sector, desde la innovaci\u00f3n constructiva hasta la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de edificios y el acceso a la <strong>vivienda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, la alcaldesa destac\u00f3 la importancia del colectivo de arquitectos t\u00e9cnicos en este proceso y comprometi\u00f3 la colaboraci\u00f3n municipal con el Colegio de Aparejadores en todas aquellas iniciativas que contribuyan al progreso local y al bienestar ciudadano.
