Tambi\u00e9n presupuestaria, al defender que no se pierda \u201cni un solo euro\u201d destinado a este \u00e1mbito. Durante un acto con adjudicatarios de una nueva promoci\u00f3n p\u00fablica en El Masnou (Barcelona), el dirigente catal\u00e1n subray\u00f3:<br \/>\n\u00abreforzar la vivienda protegida y el alquiler asequible exige mantener e incluso ampliar la inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Illa particip\u00f3 en la bienvenida a los beneficiarios de esta promoci\u00f3n junto al alcalde de El Masnou, <strong>Jaume Oliveras<\/strong>; el vicepresidente ejecutivo del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amb.cat\/s\/es\/home.html\">\u00c0rea Metropolitana de Barcelona (AMB)<\/a>, <strong>Antonio Balm\u00f3n<\/strong>; y el concejal de vivienda del municipio, <strong>Artur Gual<\/strong>. En su intervenci\u00f3n, defendi\u00f3 la necesidad de activar todo el sector de la construcci\u00f3n para responder al actual desequilibrio del mercado residencial.<\/p>\n<h2>La vivienda como prioridad de inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica para Salvador Illa<\/h2>\n<p>El jefe del Ejecutivo catal\u00e1n insisti\u00f3 en que las pol\u00edticas de <strong>vivienda<\/strong> requieren recursos estables y un compromiso institucional sostenido. En ese sentido, remarc\u00f3 que la protecci\u00f3n de las partidas dirigidas a vivienda protegida. La cual debe convertirse en una \u201cl\u00ednea roja\u201d para las administraciones.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan Illa, la inversi\u00f3n social en este \u00e1mbito no solo permite ampliar la oferta de vivienda p\u00fablica, sino tambi\u00e9n mejorar la cohesi\u00f3n territorial y ofrecer soluciones reales a colectivos con m\u00e1s dificultades de acceso, como los <a href=\"https:\/\/www.habitatinsulae.es\/ca\/vivienda-joven\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">j\u00f3venes<\/a> y las familias con ingresos medios y bajos.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, defendi\u00f3 que estas promociones p\u00fablicas no deben entenderse como una alternativa de menor calidad, sino como viviendas de primera categor\u00eda en dise\u00f1o, construcci\u00f3n y prestaci\u00f3n de servicios.<\/p>\n<h2>Fiscalidad justa para reforzar las pol\u00edticas de vivienda<\/h2>\n<p>Durante su discurso, Illa sostuvo que las administraciones deben defender una \u201cfiscalidad justa\u201d para sostener pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas eficaces. A su juicio, el pago de impuestos resulta esencial para financiar proyectos de <strong>vivienda<\/strong> social. Adem\u00e1s de consolidar una respuesta p\u00fablica frente a la crisis habitacional.<\/p>\n<p>Esta visi\u00f3n encaja con enfoques de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.habitatinsulae.es\/ca\/impacto-social\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">inversi\u00f3n social<\/a> que buscan:<br \/>\n&#8211; combinar rentabilidad colectiva<br \/>\n&#8211; desarrollo urbano<br \/>\n&#8211; acceso a un parque residencial m\u00e1s asequible<br \/>\nEn este contexto, iniciativas vinculadas a la regeneraci\u00f3n urbana, la sostenibilidad y modelos innovadores como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.habitatinsulae.es\/ca\/genivs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GENIVS INSULAE<\/a> ganan peso en el debate sobre el futuro de la vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>El president tambi\u00e9n defendi\u00f3 la intervenci\u00f3n p\u00fablica en el mercado al considerar que los desequilibrios actuales no se corregir\u00e1n por s\u00ed solos. En su opini\u00f3n, dejar la situaci\u00f3n \u00fanicamente en manos del mercado agravar\u00eda el problema del acceso a la vivienda.<\/p>\n<h2>Colaboraci\u00f3n institucional ante la crisis de vivienda<\/h2>\n<p>En el acto, Illa aludi\u00f3 adem\u00e1s al contexto internacional marcado por la incertidumbre geopol\u00edtica, incluida la guerra en Oriente Medio. Pese a ello, apel\u00f3 a mantener la esperanza y a aprovechar las oportunidades que tambi\u00e9n surgen en los periodos de cambio.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el alcalde <strong>Jaume Oliveras<\/strong> agradeci\u00f3 la implicaci\u00f3n del AMB y la Generalitat en esta promoci\u00f3n y pidi\u00f3 agilizar los tr\u00e1mites administrativos para ofrecer respuestas m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidas y eficaces en materia de vivienda. El concejal Artur Gual incidi\u00f3 en la necesidad de colaboraci\u00f3n entre administraciones para afrontar el problema del acceso residencial.<\/p>\n<p>Antonio Balm\u00f3n, vicepresidente ejecutivo del AMB, coincidi\u00f3 en subrayar el papel clave de los poderes p\u00fablicos. A su juicio, la responsabilidad institucional pasa por corregir los fallos del mercado y reforzar las herramientas que permitan ampliar la oferta de vivienda asequible.<\/p>\n<p>La promoci\u00f3n de El Masnou se presenta as\u00ed como un ejemplo de cooperaci\u00f3n interadministrativa.
