El crecimiento ir\u00e1 acompa\u00f1ado de inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica y de nuevas dotaciones para reforzar la calidad de vida de los vecinos.<\/p>\n<p>El concejal-presidente del distrito, <strong>Ignacio Pezuela<\/strong>, ha subrayado que esta expansi\u00f3n consolidar\u00e1 a Vic\u00e1lvaro como una de las \u00e1reas clave en la transformaci\u00f3n urbana de la capital durante los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os. En paralelo, el Ayuntamiento prev\u00e9 reforzar infraestructuras, equipamientos y servicios p\u00fablicos para responder al aumento de poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2>La vivienda asequible gana peso en Vic\u00e1lvaro<\/h2>\n<p>Uno de los pilares de esta transformaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 el impulso a la <strong>vivienda protegida<\/strong> y al <strong>alquiler asequible<\/strong>. La Empresa Municipal de la Vivienda y Suelo de Madrid (EMVS Madrid) proyecta construir m\u00e1s de 4.650 viviendas en Vic\u00e1lvaro, consolidando al distrito como uno de los referentes de la capital en promoci\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>En el barrio de El Ca\u00f1averal, ya han finalizado once de las trece promociones de vivienda p\u00fablica en marcha, lo que permitir\u00e1 incorporar 1.212 pisos destinados al alquiler asequible. De esas promociones ya terminadas, 1.078 viviendas est\u00e1n listas dentro del nuevo parque residencial p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, EMVS Madrid mantiene avanzadas las obras de la promoci\u00f3n Vic\u00e1lvaro la Catalana, con 82 viviendas cuya finalizaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 prevista para el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o. A esto se sumar\u00e1n otras 3.350 viviendas en Los Berrocales y Los Ahijones, de las cuales 2.200 ya han sido licitadas mediante el Plan Suma Vivienda de colaboraci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada.<\/p>\n<p>En este contexto, el desarrollo de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.habitatinsulae.es\/ca\/genivs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GENIVS INSULAE<\/a> y los modelos centrados en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.habitatinsulae.es\/ca\/impacto-social\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">inversi\u00f3n social<\/a> refuerzan el inter\u00e9s por f\u00f3rmulas que faciliten el acceso a vivienda de calidad.\u00a0Tambi\u00e9n cobran relevancia iniciativas orientadas a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.habitatinsulae.es\/ca\/vivienda-joven\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">j\u00f3venes y vivienda joven<\/a> en zonas de expansi\u00f3n urbana.<\/p>\n<h2>Inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica para acompa\u00f1ar el crecimiento de la vivienda<\/h2>\n<p>El crecimiento de la <strong>vivienda<\/strong> en el distrito ir\u00e1 acompa\u00f1ado de un importante plan de inversi\u00f3n. El presupuesto de la Junta Municipal de Vic\u00e1lvaro para 2026 alcanza los 42,05 millones de euros, un 16,9% m\u00e1s que el ejercicio anterior. De esa cifra, 22 millones se destinar\u00e1n a inversi\u00f3n directa en proyectos estrat\u00e9gicos.<\/p>\n<p>Entre las actuaciones previstas figuran la nueva Comisar\u00eda Integral en Valdebernardo. Adem\u00e1s de la reforma integral del Centro Deportivo Municipal Faustina Valladolid. En El Ca\u00f1averal tambi\u00e9n se contempla la finalizaci\u00f3n del campo de f\u00fatbol, la puesta en marcha de un nuevo centro cultural con biblioteca y la construcci\u00f3n de una escuela infantil municipal.<\/p>\n<p>El Ayuntamiento trabaja en otras mejoras urbanas como:<br \/>\n&#8211; el aparcamiento Artilleros 360<br \/>\n&#8211; el acondicionamiento de la mediana de la calle de Minerva en Valderrivas<br \/>\n&#8211; la mejora de la accesibilidad en el entorno de las calles de las Canteras de Tilly y del Lago Iseo<\/p>\n<p>A estas actuaciones se suman obras de rehabilitaci\u00f3n en la calle de Huerta del Convento. Tambi\u00e9n un proyecto vinculado al Plan Regenera Madrid para la colonia Molinos de Viento. Actualmente en fase de dise\u00f1o del plan de acci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nPara m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n institucional puede consultarse en el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.madrid.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ayuntamiento de Madrid<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Vic\u00e1lvaro prepara su aniversario en plena expansi\u00f3n de vivienda<\/h2>\n<p>En paralelo, el distrito ya prepara la conmemoraci\u00f3n del 75\u00ba aniversario de su anexi\u00f3n a Madrid.\u00a0 El cual se celebrar\u00e1 el 20 de octubre de 2026. La Junta Municipal trabaja en una programaci\u00f3n especial para recordar esta fecha hist\u00f3rica.<\/p>\n<p>Entre las actividades previstas figuran:<br \/>\n&#8211; la edici\u00f3n de un libro sobre la historia de Vic\u00e1lvaro<br \/>\n&#8211; una obra de teatro que recrear\u00e1 distintos momentos de la firma en el antiguo Ayuntamiento<br \/>\n&#8211; la emisi\u00f3n de un cup\u00f3n conmemorativo de la ONCE<\/p>\n<p>Con estos proyectos, Vic\u00e1lvaro se perfila como uno de los grandes focos de crecimiento residencial y urbano de Madrid.\u00a0 Combinando as\u00ed expansi\u00f3n
