El Institut Catal\u00e0 del S\u00f2l (Incas\u00f2l) ha adjudicado a Metropolitan House el derecho de superficie de tres parcelas en el sector ARE Montesa de Esplugues de Llobregat para construir y gestionar <strong>324 viviendas<\/strong> destinadas al arrendamiento accesible, en una operaci\u00f3n que sit\u00faa el foco en la colaboraci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada para responder a la presi\u00f3n del mercado residencial.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n difundida por Europa Press, las viviendas estar\u00e1n disponibles <strong>a partir de 2028<\/strong> y formar\u00e1n parte de un desarrollo m\u00e1s amplio sobre antiguos suelos industriales, donde est\u00e1 prevista la creaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 2.000 hogares. El objetivo es sumar nueva oferta residencial en un entorno metropolitano especialmente tensionado por la escasez de producto accesible.<\/p>\n<p>La inversi\u00f3n prevista supera los <strong>60 millones de euros<\/strong>.
