Con esta iniciativa, Bruselas quiere dotar a los Estados miembro y a las autoridades locales de nuevas herramientas para responder a una crisis que golpea con especial intensidad a las grandes capitales y a los destinos tur\u00edsticos m\u00e1s tensionados.<\/p>\n<p>Los interesados podr\u00e1n enviar sus aportaciones a trav\u00e9s de un cuestionario hasta el 29 de marzo y participar en una consulta abierta con comentarios e informaci\u00f3n adicional hasta el 3 de abril. El objetivo es recoger medidas \u00fatiles para dise\u00f1ar una respuesta comunitaria m\u00e1s eficaz ante el encarecimiento de la vivienda, la falta de oferta asequible y el creciente impacto de los alquileres de corta duraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2>La vivienda asequible entra en el centro de la agenda europea<\/h2>\n<p>La futura norma formar\u00e1 parte del Plan Europeo de Vivienda Asequible, presentado por la Comisi\u00f3n en diciembre de 2025, y pretende establecer un marco regulatorio que permita a las administraciones identificar con mayor precisi\u00f3n las zonas con especial tensi\u00f3n residencial. La intenci\u00f3n de Bruselas es avanzar hacia un sistema que combine regulaci\u00f3n, financiaci\u00f3n y apoyo institucional para facilitar el acceso a la vivienda en todo el bloque.<\/p>\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n advierte de que la vivienda asequible se ha convertido en una de las principales preocupaciones sociales y econ\u00f3micas de la Uni\u00f3n Europea.
