El Grupo Banco Europeo de Inversiones (BEI) cerr\u00f3 2025 con financiaci\u00f3n r\u00e9cord: 100.000 M\u20ac.\u00a0 Adem\u00e1s, un \u00e9nfasis claro en vivienda<\/strong>, redes energ\u00e9ticas, innovaci\u00f3n y proyectos vinculados a seguridad y defensa. Nadia Calvi\u00f1o subray\u00f3 que la entidad refuerza su papel en un contexto de reconfiguraci\u00f3n del orden global. Aparte abog\u00f3 por una integraci\u00f3n europea m\u00e1s profunda para fortalecer competitividad y autonom\u00eda.<\/p>\n

Vivienda asequible y rehabilitaci\u00f3n: prioridad de financiaci\u00f3n en vivienda<\/h2>\n

El BEI increment\u00f3 su actividad en el \u00e1mbito de la vivienda<\/strong> con m\u00e1s de 5.000 millones de euros. Estos para rehabilitaci\u00f3n, innovaci\u00f3n y nueva construcci\u00f3n, un 50% m\u00e1s que el a\u00f1o anterior. Este impulso se enmarca en el plan de vivienda asequible<\/em> lanzado junto a la Comisi\u00f3n Europea, con impacto directo en j\u00f3venes<\/a> y hogares con rentas medias mediante proyectos de inversi\u00f3n social<\/a> y f\u00f3rmulas de alquiler asequible<\/strong>. Iniciativas patrimoniales como GENIVS INSULAE<\/a> ponen el foco en eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y calidad del parque residencial.<\/p>\n

Redes energ\u00e9ticas, clima y seguridad: motores del plan con vivienda<\/h2>\n

Casi el 60% de la financiaci\u00f3n total se dirigi\u00f3 a actuaciones relacionadas con el clima y la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica. El banco firm\u00f3 11.600 millones para redes el\u00e9ctricas y almacenamiento, su mayor cifra anual, con la previsi\u00f3n de construir o modernizar unos 56.000 kil\u00f3metros de l\u00edneas de alta tensi\u00f3n. En paralelo, cuadruplic\u00f3 su apoyo a seguridad y defensa por encima de 4.000 millones, extendiendo su alcance a infraestructuras, equipamientos, tecnolog\u00eda y ciberseguridad dentro de la UE.<\/p>\n

Innovaci\u00f3n, pymes y apoyo internacional<\/h2>\n

En innovaci\u00f3n, el BEI despleg\u00f3 el programa TechEU<\/em> para movilizar inversi\u00f3n hasta 2027, mientras que el Fondo Europeo de Inversiones aport\u00f3 cerca de 16.000 millones en garant\u00edas y financiaci\u00f3n a pymes y startups<\/em>. El grupo tambi\u00e9n elev\u00f3 su apoyo a agricultura y bioeconom\u00eda hasta rondar los 8.000 millones para seguridad alimentaria y desarrollo rural. Fuera de la UE, destin\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 9.000 millones a operaciones internacionales y situ\u00f3 su respaldo a Ucrania por encima de 4.000 millones desde el inicio de la invasi\u00f3n rusa.<\/p>\n

Entre los proyectos destacados figuran:<\/p>\n

– investigaci\u00f3n oncol\u00f3gica en Espa\u00f1a
\n– sistemas de drones en Alemania
\n– infraestructuras militares en Lituania
\n– redes 5G y 6G en Finlandia
\n– interconectores el\u00e9ctricos entre Francia y Espa\u00f1a<\/p>\n

Desde la Comisi\u00f3n Europea, Valdis Dombrovskis resalt\u00f3 el papel de la inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica comunitaria para reforzar crecimiento y resiliencia. Tambi\u00e9n cit\u00f3 el Mecanismo de Recuperaci\u00f3n y Resiliencia como catalizador de reformas y proyectos. Todo esto con efectos tangibles sobre la econom\u00eda europea.<\/p>\n
