El Gobierno de Euskadi ha lanzado su d\u00e9cima emisi\u00f3n del Bono Sostenible Euskadi<\/em> por 750 M\u20ac a diez a\u00f1os. La demanda, cercana a nueve veces la oferta (6.556 millones), est\u00e1 orientada a reforzar diversos proyectos. Entre estos: vivienda<\/strong> asequible, educaci\u00f3n, salud, progreso socioecon\u00f3mico y adaptaci\u00f3n al cambio clim\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n

Emisi\u00f3n y demanda: impulso a la vivienda asequible<\/h2>\n

La operaci\u00f3n ha concitado un fuerte respaldo inversor internacional. As\u00ed se consolida la presencia de Euskadi en los mercados y su liderazgo en financiaci\u00f3n sostenible. El consejero de Hacienda y Finanzas, No\u00ebl d\u2019Anjou, subray\u00f3 que el \u00e9xito de la colocaci\u00f3n permite seguir financiando materias clave. Entre ellas: la vivienda asequible para j\u00f3venes<\/a>, educaci\u00f3n y salud, con un enfoque de inversi\u00f3n social<\/a> y resultados medibles.<\/p>\n

La demanda, tan superior a la oferta, refuerza la credibilidad financiera de la comunidad. Tambi\u00e9n abre espacio para sinergias con instrumentos de fondo europeo<\/strong> y marcos de finanzas sostenibles de la UE.<\/p>\n

Coste financiero r\u00e9cord y rating de Euskadi<\/h2>\n

Gracias al s\u00f3lido apetito inversor, la operaci\u00f3n ajust\u00f3 el diferencial frente al bono del Tesoro espa\u00f1ol hasta 4 puntos b\u00e1sicos, el menor spread logrado por Euskadi, frente a los 7 del a\u00f1o anterior. El excelente rating de la comunidad, otorgado por las principales agencias, ha sido determinante para optimizar el coste y diversificar la base inversora.<\/p>\n

Los recursos contribuir\u00e1n a programas de vivienda protegida<\/strong> y alquiler asequible<\/strong>, con foco en j\u00f3venes<\/strong> y colectivos prioritarios, reforzando el progreso socioecon\u00f3mico y la resiliencia clim\u00e1tica del territorio. Esta orientaci\u00f3n a resultados conecta con iniciativas como GENIVS INSULAE<\/a>, que promueven innovaci\u00f3n e inversi\u00f3n social<\/strong> en el \u00e1mbito de la vivienda y la ciudad.<\/p>\n

El Gobierno Vasco destac\u00f3 que cada salida al mercado desde 2018 ha consolidado su trayectoria, fortaleciendo la capacidad de inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica con criterios ambientales y sociales, y ofreciendo estabilidad a largo plazo.<\/p>\n
