El empadronamiento m\u00ednimo exigido pasa de tres a cinco a\u00f1os. Tambi\u00e9n se reducen los tiempos administrativos para asignar los pisos.<\/p>\n<h2>Vivienda y empadronamiento: nuevos criterios<\/h2>\n<p>El Ejecutivo quiere premiar el arraigo. Para optar a una vivienda se exigir\u00e1n cinco a\u00f1os de empadronamiento en el municipio. Como alternativa, valdr\u00e1 acreditar tres a\u00f1os de trabajo en el mismo t\u00e9rmino municipal.<\/p>\n<p>Si no se cubre la oferta, se abrir\u00e1 el acceso a personas con diez a\u00f1os de empadronamiento o de trabajo en cualquier municipio de la regi\u00f3n. Antes bastaban cinco. Si aun as\u00ed quedaran vacantes, podr\u00e1n presentarse solicitantes con menos antig\u00fcedad.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo es priorizar a vecinos con mayor vinculaci\u00f3n local y estabilizar la <strong>vivienda protegida<\/strong>. En paralelo, iniciativas como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.habitatinsulae.es\/ca\/genivs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GENIVS INSULAE<\/a> y proyectos de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.habitatinsulae.es\/ca\/impacto-social\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">inversi\u00f3n social<\/a> buscan ampliar el parque de <strong>alquiler asequible<\/strong>. Para el marco europeo, pueden explorarse instrumentos de <a href=\"https:\/\/commission.europa.eu\/index_es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fondo europeo<\/a> cuando proceda.<\/p>\n<h2>Plazos de adjudicaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de la vivienda<\/h2>\n<p>Los plazos se acortan. Habr\u00e1 cinco d\u00edas para presentar la documentaci\u00f3n (antes eran diez). El solicitante dispondr\u00e1 de dos d\u00edas para aceptar la adjudicaci\u00f3n. La falta de respuesta contar\u00e1 como renuncia.<\/p>\n<p>El periodo para subsanar errores baja de diez a tres d\u00edas. Las empresas gestoras tendr\u00e1n un m\u00e1ximo de diez d\u00edas para asignar las viviendas. Antes el margen era de un mes. Con estos cambios se pretende reducir listas de espera y mantenerlas actualizadas.<\/p>\n<p>Las viviendas adaptadas que queden libres podr\u00e1n ofrecerse al cupo general si no hay demanda espec\u00edfica. Adem\u00e1s, se actualizan los coeficientes que calculan los ingresos familiares y se extiende el modelo de asignaci\u00f3n a suelos adscritos que no sean de titularidad auton\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n<h2>Impacto social del Plan Vive y alcance municipal<\/h2>\n<p>El Plan Vive ya ha entregado m\u00e1s de 5.000 viviendas en Madrid capital, Getafe, San Sebasti\u00e1n de los Reyes, Colmenar Viejo y M\u00f3stoles. Tambi\u00e9n avanza en 26 municipios como Tres Cantos, Torrej\u00f3n de Ardoz, Velilla de San Antonio, Pinto, Valdemoro y Torrej\u00f3n de Velasco.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente hay unas 8.000 viviendas en licitaci\u00f3n, construcci\u00f3n o adjudicaci\u00f3n. El compromiso del Gobierno regional es llegar a 14.000 antes de 2027.
