En paralelo, recuerda que una parte relevante de la poblaci\u00f3n europea vive en riesgo de pobreza o exclusi\u00f3n social, lo que agrava el acceso a una vivienda estable.<\/p>\n<p>En su diagn\u00f3stico, el presidente alerta de que la vivienda, que deber\u00eda operar como un derecho, se ha transformado en una \u201ctrampa\u201d que condiciona proyectos de vida, erosiona la cohesi\u00f3n social y amenaza la prosperidad.
