Con una inversi\u00f3n de 600 millones de euros, el fondo planea construir m\u00e1s de 3.000 viviendas asequibles en los pr\u00f3ximos tres o cuatro a\u00f1os, ofreciendo alquileres hasta tres veces m\u00e1s baratos que el mercado.<\/p>\n<h2>Una soluci\u00f3n para el alquiler asequible<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.habitatinsulae.es\/ca\/tag\/genivs\/\"><strong>Genivs<\/strong><\/a> (Gestora Espa\u00f1ola de Nuevas Infraestructuras de Vivienda Social) es un proyecto creado para abordar la falta de vivienda protegida y asequible en Espa\u00f1a, especialmente para los j\u00f3venes. El fondo se especializa en construir viviendas sobre concesiones p\u00fablicas de suelo, lo que permite ofrecer precios regulados de alquiler por debajo del mercado. Este modelo de inversi\u00f3n ha sido bien recibido por las administraciones p\u00fablicas, que han dado su apoyo al proyecto, especialmente debido a la necesidad urgente de soluciones de vivienda asequible. Los precios de alquiler de las viviendas construidas por Genivs estar\u00e1n entre 400 y 700 euros mensuales, lo que representa un ahorro significativo frente a los alquileres del mercado libre.<\/p>\n<h2>Un equipo con experiencia en vivienda social<\/h2>\n<p>Los fundadores de Genivs incluyen a expertos del sector inmobiliario y la banca de inversi\u00f3n, como Rafael Angulo Ruiz y Santiago M\u00ednguez, quienes aportan su experiencia a este proyecto de infraestructura social.
