La actuaci\u00f3n se integra en el marco de <a href=\"\/ca\/guia\/alquiler-asequible\/\">alquiler asequible<\/a> y <a href=\"\/ca\/glosario\/vppl-vivienda-protegida-precio-limitado\/\">VPPL<\/a>, con <strong>inicio de obras previsto en enero<\/strong> y <strong>entrega estimada en el primer semestre de 2028<\/strong>. El proyecto refuerza la oferta de arrendamiento por debajo del mercado en uno de los desarrollos con mayor dinamismo de <a href=\"\/ca\/madrid\/\">Madrid<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Qu\u00e9 se construye y d\u00f3nde: servicios, escala y calendario<\/h2>\n<p>Las dos promociones adquiridas en formato \u201cllave en mano\u201d suman una <strong>superficie construida de 47.311 m\u00b2<\/strong> e integran <strong>servicios comunitarios<\/strong> \u2014gimnasio, sala polivalente y <strong>zonas ajardinadas<\/strong>\u2014 para mejorar la experiencia de los inquilinos. El objetivo es <strong>poner en el mercado vivienda de alquiler asequible<\/strong> con est\u00e1ndares de calidad, eficiencia y buena integraci\u00f3n urbana dentro del ecosistema <a href=\"\/ca\/categoria\/vivienda\/\">residencial<\/a> madrile\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<h2>Impacto en el parque de vivienda: 1.876 alquileres asequibles y expansi\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Con estas nuevas promociones, <strong>Palatino Residencial<\/strong> avanza hacia un <strong>portfolio de 1.876 viviendas de alquiler asequible<\/strong> en la ciudad de Madrid, dentro de un total de <strong>2.250 viviendas<\/strong> bajo gesti\u00f3n que incluyen tambi\u00e9n unidades de precio libre. En la actualidad, el veh\u00edculo opera <strong>555 viviendas<\/strong> y participa en distintos <strong>lotes del Plan de Vivienda del Ayuntamiento de Madrid<\/strong>, con entregas inminentes en barrios como <strong>Arganzuela<\/strong> y <strong>Adelfas<\/strong>.
