por la vivienda: 9 de cada 10 lo reclaman<\/h1>\n<p class=\"dek\">El Observatorio Social de la Vivienda constata un consenso amplio para un <strong>pacto de Estado por la vivienda<\/strong> que estabilice las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas y acelere soluciones.<\/p>\n<\/header>\n<section>\n<h2>Lo esencial<\/h2>\n<p>La encuesta muestra que <strong>nueve de cada diez espa\u00f1oles piden un pacto de Estado por la vivienda<\/strong> que coordine a Gobierno, comunidades y ayuntamientos con objetivos medibles y continuidad en el tiempo.<\/p>\n<h2>Por qu\u00e9 urge el acuerdo por la vivienda<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Impuestos elevados en la compra<\/strong> de la vivienda que encarecen el acceso a la propiedad.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alquiler tur\u00edstico<\/strong> que reduce la oferta residencial en zonas tensionadas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Burocracia<\/strong> que alarga plazos de licencias y construcci\u00f3n de viviendas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Costes de edificaci\u00f3n al alza<\/strong> que frenan nueva promoci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Escasez de obra nueva<\/strong> para atender la demanda actual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qu\u00e9 pide la ciudadan\u00eda<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Aumentar la oferta<\/strong>: suelo disponible, agilizaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites y colaboraci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada.<\/li>\n<li><strong>M\u00e1s alquiler asequible<\/strong> mediante parque p\u00fablico y programas con seguridad jur\u00eddica.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Medidas espec\u00edficas en zonas tensionadas<\/strong> para contener precios y proteger a inquilinos vulnerables.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Estabilidad regulatoria<\/strong> para atraer inversi\u00f3n y dar continuidad a las pol\u00edticas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Contexto del Observatorio por la vivienda<\/h3>\n<p>Los resultados fueron difundidos el <time datetime=\"2025-09-21\">21 de septiembre de 2025<\/time> por el<br \/>\n<strong>Observatorio Social de la Vivienda (Prensa
