Barcelona, 29 de mayo de 2025.<\/strong> En el marco de su compromiso por transformar el acceso a la vivienda desde un enfoque de innovaci\u00f3n, sostenibilidad y justicia social<\/strong>, Metropolitan House ha presentado un estudio pionero sobre construcci\u00f3n industrializada<\/strong> en colaboraci\u00f3n con la C\u00e1tedra de Vivienda Digna y Sostenible<\/strong> de la Universitat Pompeu Fabra \u2013 Barcelona School of Management (UPF-BSM)<\/em>.<\/p>\n

El estudio analiza el potencial de los sistemas constructivos industrializados<\/strong> para responder de forma \u00e1gil, eficiente y ecol\u00f3gica a la creciente demanda de vivienda asequible en entornos urbanos, y plantea propuestas concretas para su aplicaci\u00f3n en el contexto espa\u00f1ol, con especial foco en la colaboraci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada<\/strong> y en las pol\u00edticas de vivienda social<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Hacia un nuevo modelo productivo en vivienda asequible<\/h2>\n

La investigaci\u00f3n evidencia que la industrializaci\u00f3n<\/strong> no solo permite reducir los plazos de ejecuci\u00f3n hasta en un 50\u202f%<\/strong>, sino que mejora los est\u00e1ndares de calidad, minimiza los residuos de obra y garantiza un mayor control de costes. En un mercado tensionado como el de Barcelona y su \u00e1rea metropolitana, estos factores son decisivos para hacer viable la promoci\u00f3n de vivienda social y cooperativa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

El documento defiende un enfoque de \u201cecosistema industrial\u201d<\/strong> que articule empresas promotoras, fabricantes de soluciones prefabricadas, arquitectos, entidades sociales y administraciones p\u00fablicas en torno a proyectos de alto impacto, replicables y medibles en su desempe\u00f1o ESG.<\/p>\n

La colaboraci\u00f3n con la UPF-BSM<\/strong> refuerza el v\u00ednculo entre el mundo acad\u00e9mico<\/strong> y el sector inmobiliario responsable<\/strong>. Entre las recomendaciones del estudio, destacan:<\/p>\n
